Surgical Services
We understand surgery can be stressful for both you and your pet. Our team provides a safe, calm and relaxing environment where your pet receives the highest quality surgical care. From routine procedures to more complex operations, we utilize state-of-the-art equipment and with our compassionate, skilled team we strive to provide the best possible outcome.
Comprehensive Surgical Care
Whether your pet is here for a routine/spay/neuter or a soft tissue procedure, we follow a strict safety protocol for every patient:
Pre-Surgical Physical Exam: A veterinary performs a thorough “head-to-tail” check to ensure your pet is healthy and ready for anesthesia.
All animals undergoing general anesthesia have an IV catheter placed and fluids administered during and after their procedure.
Advanced Monitoring: Our veterinary technicians use sophisticated equipment to monitor vital signs – including heart rate/rhythm, oxygen levels, blood pressure, CO2 level, temperature – throughout the entire procedure.
Our anesthesia system includes ventilation equipment.
Pain Management: We prioritize your pet’s comfort by creating a customized pain management plan for before, during and after surgery.
Personalized Recovery: We believe in “lots of TLC”. Your pet will be closely monitored as they wake up, ensuring they are warm, comfortable and feeling loved until they are ready to go home.
